Sec. 210.101. - Refunds when seats not available or when dates change.

All persons selling tickets for any event of a musical, entertainment, educational or similar nature shall:

(a)

In case there are insufficient seating accommodations for the event, make refund of the price of the tickets, upon request, to those persons as are unable to obtain seating accommodations.

(b)

In case of a change in the date of performance of the event, make refund of the price of the tickets to those persons who make request for a refund prior to the performance of the event.

Sec. 210.102. - Exemption.

Section 210.101 shall not apply to events held by or for the exclusive benefit of an organized church or public school.

Sec. 210.103. - Penalty.

Violation of Section 210.101 shall constitute a class C offense.
