Sec. 102.112. - Performance audit of Duval County School Board; performance by Auditor General.

The Council Auditor shall conduct a performance audit of the Duval County School Board and its budget at least once annually, unless this function is performed by the State Auditor General under the authority of State law. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
