Sec. 102.113. - Independent auditor to report detection or suspicion of fraud, abuse or theft.

Any evidence of fraud, defalcation, misappropriation, misfeasance, malfeasance, embezzlement or other illegal acts detected by the independent auditor shall be immediately reported to the Council Auditor. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
