Sec. 104.104. - Examination as to sufficiency of sureties.

The Mayor shall cause the bonds required by this Part to be examined at least once every two years for the purpose of ascertaining the sufficiency of the sureties thereon. If, in the opinion of the Mayor, the surety on a bond is not sufficient, he may require the substitution of sureties or proof of the continued strength of the present surety. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
