Sec. 106.110. - City Council Strategic Plan.

Annually, the Council President shall coordinate the meetings of Council to deliberate and discuss the City Council Strategic Plan. The Council shall review and update the strategic plan and adopt the final plan by means of a Resolution. The Resolution shall incorporate the funding requests for each component of the strategic plan and shall be submitted to the Administration no later than February 15 of each year for inclusion in the Mayor's final annual budget proposal. The strategic plan request shall be no more than 0.50 percent of the current year's General Fund - General Services District annual budget. The Mayor shall include in the annual budget ordinance how each of the items in the City Council Strategic Plan has been addressed. (Ord. 2019-557-E , § 1; Ord. 2022-765-E , § 1)
