Sec. 106.1101. - Definitions.

In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) Responsible Revenue Protection Official means the person(s) designated by the Director of the Department and/or the Division Chief of the Department to monitor, forecast, maximize, protect, analyze, report and safeguard the City's revenue streams. (b) Revenue Stream means monies derived from taxes, fees, rates, charges, fines, liens and other sources of public monies, and includes gifts, donations, contributions, grants, reimbursements and similar receipts, whether from private or public sources and however conditioned, limited or restricted.
