Sec. 106.1103. - Reporting requirements.

Each Department shall submit a list of all Responsible Revenue Protection officials and such other information as required by October 31 of each fiscal year for the current fiscal year to the Director of Finance and Administration or designee. A current list of all Responsible Revenue Protection officials shall be maintained by the Department at all times.
