Sec. 106.306. - Capital improvement projects—City forces.

With respect to those capital improvement projects designated by the Council to be performed in whole or in part using City forces, the Mayor is authorized to expend operating funds appropriated by the Council for the accomplishment of such projects. To the extent that such operating funds are so expended, they are reappropriated and transferred to capital improvement funds for the purposes of the capital improvement projects involved.
