Sec. 106.329. - City payment of City facility rentals for community organizations.

Every year, as requested by the Boy Scouts and the 4-H Club, the City shall disburse, from the funds appropriated for the Community Organization Facility Rentals Account, facility rentals for the Boy Scouts "Scout Blast" event and for the 4-H Club "Horse Show" event. The funds remaining in the account may be used for City facility rental payments at the Mayor's discretion. (Ord. 2004-785-E, § 11.6)
