Sec. 106.335. - Certain transfers authorized.

Transfers made by the Mayor pursuant to authority contained in Section 14.03 of the Charter or in Section 106.304 or the budget ordinance are authorized transfers and shall not be construed to be subject to the prohibitions of this Subpart C.
