Sec. 106.411. - Fiscal year; fiscal periods.

The fiscal year of the City and independent agencies shall begin on October 1 annually and end on the September 30 next following. A fiscal period covering a definite period of time beginning on some other date than October 1 and ending not more than 12 months later may be established for a program or activity, but only because of the fiscal regulations of a State or federal agency providing part or all of the funds for such programs or activity that require such fiscal period.
