Sec. 106.501. - Statement of policy.

It shall be the policy of the City of Jacksonville that City of Jacksonville employees shall not utilize "take home" City vehicles nor receive a special vehicle allowance, unless authorized by ordinance or the Vehicle Use and Allowance policies to be established by the Mayor in accordance with this Part. This Part does not apply to the Constitutional Officers unless otherwise noted herein. (Ord. 2009-205-E, § 3)
