Sec. 106.503. - Mayor's expense allowance.

There is hereby authorized and established for the use of the Mayor an expense allowance, subject to available appropriations for the Executive Office of the Mayor. These funds may be disbursed to the Mayor upon his requisition for municipal expenditures by the Mayor without a prior statement itemizing the purposes of the expenditures. However, the Mayor shall file with the City Comptroller within two months after receipt of a disbursement from this expense allowance a statement itemizing the purposes for which the funds were expended.
