Sec. 106.505. - Automobile allowance: Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections and Tax Collector.

The Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections and Tax Collector may receive either a vehicle or an automobile allowance in accordance with the vehicle use and allowance policy pursuant to § 106.502 (Vehicle use and allowance policies), Ordinance Code. The required IRS income will be allocated in accordance with the personal use. Automobile allowance or vehicle allotment will be allocated within the annual budget process.
