Sec. 106.603. - Attendance records.

The Mayor shall provide a system for the keeping and maintenance of personnel attendance records designed to fully support payments for personal services and the accumulation and utilization of annual, sick and all other types of leave benefits accruing to City employees, and each officer or employee so designated by the Mayor shall accurately maintain such records.
