Sec. 106.806. - Negotiation agreement.

The Mayor and Corporation Secretary are authorized to execute a negotiation agreement between the United States and the City in the form prescribed by the federal cognizant agency, which agreement shall constitute formal approval and acceptance of the indirect cost allocation plan submitted by the City.
