Sec. 106.903. - Program coordination and accounting.

The Council further directs the Director of Employee Services Department to develop internal procedures that incorporates the Council program objectives and guidelines into a Career Development Program for all City departments including Constitutional Officers. Each department or office director shall name a person to coordinate the career development assistance for the department and/or office. This person will be responsible for submitting the required information with authorized forms to the appropriate Department for processing. Career development assistance approval will be at the discretion of the Department Head or his/her designee.
