Sec. 108.204. - Data processing installations; control of.

A data processing installation that is installed in an agency shall remain under the control of the Division, and the agency shall not acquire any right or entitlement to control. The Division may remove, maintain, repair, replace, improve, utilize and modify a data processing installation under its control, wherever located. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
