Sec. 108.502. - Advisory opinions to be compiled.

The advisory opinions issued and signed by the General Counsel previously and under the authority of Section 108.501 shall be compiled by him and kept as a permanent record of the Office of General Counsel. Appropriate indexes, headnotes, footnotes and explanatory matters may be provided in this compilation, as deemed necessary by the General Counsel. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
