Sec. 110.113. - Applicability when City acting as fiscal agent.

Parts 1 and 2 shall apply in all cases when the City is acting as fiscal agent for an independent agency or governmental agency outside the Consolidated Government, pursuant to law or an agency agreement under Section 106.444 . For this purpose, funds held by the City as fiscal agent shall be deemed and considered to be City funds and a part of the City Treasury. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
