Sec. 110.405. - Gas tax.

(a) Second gas tax revenues are appropriated only for the purposes authorized by Article XII, Section 9(c) of the Florida Constitution. (b) Seventh-cent gasoline tax revenues are appropriated only for the purposes of the Streets and Highways and Engineering Divisions, as authorized by F.S. § 206.60(2)(b)2.
