Sec. 111.100. - Craft and Hobby Club Revolving Accounts.

Section: 111.100.

There is created the Craft and Hobby Club Revolving Accounts , a permanent group of accounts established to account for the various club deposits, expenditures and cash balances with the City. The craft and hobby clubs shall deposit all money received from operations to the City and from which shall be advanced the imprest bank account funds pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Chapter 664 . Each club's revenue expenditure and cash balance in the revolving fund shall be accounted for separately. The funds in each club's revolving account which are determined by the Director of Recreation and Community Services with the concurrence of the Director of Finance and Administration, to be excess shall be paid to the General Fund-General Services District as miscellaneous receipts. Transfers from the other funds to these revolving accounts are prohibited. The Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to make disbursements from each club's revolving account upon the written requisition of the Director of Recreation and Community Services or his designee, subject to proper documentation and the availability of funds from that specific craft and hobby club's revolving account.
