Sec. 111.115. - Bethesda Park Trust Fund.

There is created the Bethesda Park Trust Fund , a permanent trust fund of the City for the City-owned Bethesda Park only. The Director of Finance and Administration is authorized to accept on behalf of the City gifts of funds and personal property in trust. The use of personal property accepted in trust shall be under the direction and control of the Director of Neighborhoods and subject to proper accounting procedures as established by the Director of Finance and Administration. Use of the funds accepted in trust shall be under the direction and control of the Director of Finance and Administration.
