Sec. 111.118 - Blue Cypress Park Capital Improvement and Maintenance Special Revenue Fund.

There is created the Blue Cypress Park Capital Improvement and Maintenance Special Revenue Fund , a permanent, ongoing special revenue fund of the City, which shall carry forward each fiscal year. The fund is authorized to receive revenues from any lease agreement on the Blue Cypress Park property in Arlington, donations for use on said property, and appropriations related to said property. All revenues as described shall be deposited into the fund, for use toward providing capital improvements, equipment, and maintenance relating to the property. All sums placed into the fund are hereby appropriated for distribution in accordance with the appropriate provisions of Chapters 118 and 126, Ordinance Code. Any undistributed funds shall not lapse at the close of any fiscal year, but instead shall carry over to the next fiscal year. The Director of Finance and Administration, or his or her designee, is authorized and directed to make disbursements from the fund, upon written requisition, with supporting documentation, of the District Council Member where the Park is located, approved by the Director of Neighborhoods or successor, subject to the availability of funds, and any bond covenants which may be applicable.
