Sec. 111.137. - Amphitheater and Covered Flex Field Maintenance and Improvements Enterprise Fund.

There is hereby established an enterprise fund to be known as the Amphitheater and Covered Flex Field Maintenance and Improvements Enterprise Fund (the "Fund") into which shall be deposited all ticket and parking surcharges collected in connection with events held at the Amphitheater and Covered Flex Field, additional revenues collected as outlined within the applicable leases, and all donations or gifts together with the interest earned thereon. The use of such funds shall be for capital expenditures and capital maintenance, repairs, and improvements in relation to the Amphitheater and Covered Flex Field, located adjacent to the south end zone of EverBank Field, as required by that certain Amendment 14 to the City's Lease with the Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC, dated December 11, 2015. The funds shall not be used for operating costs associated with the Amphitheater or Covered Flex Field. Subject to appropriation by Council, the Director of Finance and Administration, or his or her designee, is authorized and directed to make disbursements from the Fund upon the written request of the Sports and Entertainment Officer, subject to the availability of funds in the Fund. All sums within the Fund shall carry forward from fiscal year to fiscal year and shall not lapse. (Ord. 2017-278-E , § 1)
