Sec. 111.143. - Golf Club of Jacksonville Trust Fund.

There is created the Golf Club of Jacksonville Trust Fund , ("the Fund") a permanent, ongoing trust fund of the City, which shall carry forward each fiscal year. The fund is authorized to receive base rent generated from and by the City's duly approved managers of the Golf Club of Jacksonville, located at 10440 Tournament Lane, in accordance with the Lease Agreement for said property. Any such revenues shall be deposited into the Fund, for use toward capital improvements and the maintenance of the golf course and facilities. All such revenues shall be accounted for separately within the Fund and shall be administered by the Recreation and Parks Department with approval from the facility's local District Council Member. All sums placed into the Fund are hereby appropriated for distribution in accordance with the appropriate provisions of Chapters 118 and 126, Ordinance Code, as well as the Lease Agreement. Any undistributed funds shall not lapse at the close of any fiscal year, but instead shall carry over to the next fiscal year. The Director of Finance and Administration, or his or her designee, is authorized and directed to make disbursements from the Fund upon written requisition of the Director of the Recreation and Parks, or his or her designee, with approval from the facility's local District Council Member, subject to the availability of funds in the Fund.
