Sec. 111.145. - Fiddler's Green Golf Course Special Revenue Fund.

There is hereby created the Fiddler's Green Golf Course Special Revenue Fund (hereinafter the Fund ), a temporary trust fund of the City, into which monies derived from Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. and the net proceeds from Fiddler's Green Golf Course shall be deposited. The Director of Recreation and Parks shall deposit into the Fund all City net proceeds, donations and contributions of money, including gifts and grants, received for use toward maintaining of the Fiddler's Green Golf Course. All sums placed into the Fund, together with any interest accrued therein, are hereby appropriated for establishing, operating, maintaining and improving the Fiddler's Green Golf Course, and these appropriations shall not lapse at the close of any fiscal year, but instead shall carry over to the next fiscal year. Both the Directors of Recreation and Parks, and Finance and Administration, or their designees, are authorized and directed to make disbursements from the Fund for maintenance improvements to Fiddler's Green Golf Course, subject to the availability of funds in the Fund. Nothing in this Section shall prohibit or otherwise limit any appropriations which may be made by the Council to the Fiddler's Green Golf Course for use toward achieving its purposes, functions and goals.
