Sec. 111.175. - Sisters Creek Park Maintenance and Improvement Fund.

Section: 111.175.

There is created the Sisters Creek Park Maintenance and Improvement Fund, a permanent fund of the City. A separate fund and associated accounts shall be created by the Director of Finance and Administration for administering the fund. There shall be paid into the fund all revenues received by the City and interest thereon in connection with park rental or admissions fees and for special events, rentals, equipment and service charges or other funds from activities and events conducted or authorized by the City in Sisters Creek Park. All expenditures made from the fund shall be for the maintenance of or improvements to Sisters Creek Park and its various facilities. Subject to appropriation by the Council in each instance, the Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to make disbursements from the fund upon the written requisition of the Director of Recreation and Parks. Monies deposited in this fund and remaining in the fund at the end of a fiscal year shall not lapse at the close of any fiscal year, but shall carry over to the next fiscal year.
