Sec. 111.183. - Tayé Brown Regional Park Improvement Trust Fund.

There is created the Tayé Brown Regional Park Improvement Trust Fund, a permanent, ongoing trust fund of the City, which shall carry forward each fiscal year. The fund is authorized to accept Council appropriations, gifts, fees, and other donations. Monies deposited in the fund, together with any interest accrued thereon, shall carry over fiscal years, to be used for the purposes set forth in Section 380.405 , Ordinance Code, which is for improvements to Tayé Brown Regional Park. Funds utilized for these purposes are hereby to be appropriated by Council action. (Ord. 2007-739-E, § 3)
