Sec. 111.370. - Family Mediation Unit Trust Fund.

There is hereby created the Family Mediation Unit Trust Fund, a permanent trust fund of the City, into which monies derived from the service charge imposed pursuant to Section 630.104 shall be deposited, together with such monies as may be forwarded to the City as derived from a service charge imposed by Clay County or Nassau County or monies as may be from time to time appropriated to this trust fund by the Council. Such monies shall be appropriated by the Council prior to expenditure and shall be expended only for the purpose of funding the Family Mediation Unit for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. The Director of Finance and Administration is hereby authorized to make disbursements from this trust fund after appropriation by the Council and upon the written request of the Chief Judge or Court Administrator for the purposes of this Section. This trust fund shall be subject to review and audit by the Council Auditor.
