Sec. 111.395. - Judicial Alternative to Incarceration and Family Reunification Trust Fund.

There is hereby established a Judicial Alternative to Incarceration and Family Reunification Trust Fund, into which the Clerk of the Court shall deposit the fees collected pursuant to Section 634.106 , Ordinance Code, and other fines or fees as may be collected by the Judicial Alternative to Incarceration and Family Reunification program. These funds are subject to appropriation by City Council based on recommendation by the Judicial Committee comprised of the Chief Judge, the Unified Family Court Administrative Judge, the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court's Trial Court Administrator and the Chief Deputy Court Administrator. Funding may be provided for judicially supervised juvenile programs that provide services for substance rehabilitation, family reunification, juvenile education and behavioral modification programs.
