Sec. 111.400. - City Council Service Incentive Awards Program Account.

There is established a City Council Service Incentive Awards Program Account , from which all purchases of medals or ribbons signifying awards approved pursuant to Chapter 16 shall be paid. The Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to establish procedures for the making of disbursements upon the written request of the chairman of the Committee on Rules for purchases of medals and ribbons not in excess of $25 for each medal and ribbon set.
