Sec. 111.720. - Jacksonville Skeet and Trap Club, Inc. Buffer Land Fund.

There is hereby created the Jacksonville Skeet and Trap Club, Inc. Buffer Land Fund (hereinafter the "Fund"), into which shall be deposited the Land Acquisition Fee received by the City pursuant to that certain License Agreement between the City and Jacksonville Skeet and Trap Club, Inc. authorized by 2005-791-E. The revenues in the Fund shall be expended only for the purpose of acquiring buffer land around the lands described in the License Agreement; provided however, in no event will the revenues in the Fund be used to acquire lands through condemnation by right of eminent domain. Subject to the appropriation by the Council, the Director of Finance and Administration is authorized to make disbursements from the fund upon the written requisition of the Director of Public Works. The balance in the Fund shall not lapse at the end of a fiscal year, but instead shall carryover from one fiscal year to the next fiscal year.
