Sec. 111.915. - Community Development District Petition Fees.

Community Development District petition filing fees, as provided for by law and by Chapter 92 , Ordinance Code, shall be accounted for by the Planning and Development Department (the "Department") and shall be allocated first internally to offset the Department's costs of processing CDD petitions and the balance remaining, if any, shall accrue to the City's general fund.
