Sec. 112.301. - Legislative intent.

It is the intent of the City Council, as the legislative branch of the City of Jacksonville, to specify the manner in which all disputes and claims between the City of Jacksonville and all other persons, corporations and public entities, are resolved. These provisions shall not control where more specific procedures are provided elsewhere in this Ordinance Code. (Ord. 90-206-208, § 3)
