Sec. 112.304. - All actions brought by the City to recover civil penalties, fines, fees, and other court obligations.

When the City, through court or administrative action, seeks to recover civil penalties, fines, fees, or other court obligations allowed by agreement, ordinance or statute, the amount of the civil penalty, fine, fee, or other court obligation to be recovered may be settled as provided in Section 112.110 , Ordinance Code.
