Sec. 112.306. - All actions brought against the City seeking nonmonetary relief.

(a) All actions or portions thereof, except those referred to in Section 112.305 , whether by court or administrative action, which by their terms seek nonmonetary relief, may be compromised and settled by the appropriate department head, upon written approval of the General Counsel. (b) To the extent any action seeking nonmonetary relief also seeks monetary relief, the compromise and settlement of such monetary claims shall be governed by the provisions of Section 112.307 .
