Sec. 112.309. - Attorneys' fees.

In any civil action where attorneys' fees are provided for as a matter of law, authorization for settlement of all claims for attorneys' fees, for and against the City, shall be as provided for in Sections 112.302 and 112.307 , respectively. (Ord. 90-206-208, § 3)
