Sec. 112.313. - Settlements involving claims for benefits under the 1937 General Employees Pension Plan.

Whenever pending or threatened litigation involves a claim or claims for benefits under the City's 1937 General Employees Pension Plan, the provisions of Section 120.114 shall apply and must be followed. (Ord. 2000-1224-E, § 2)
