Sec. 113.401. - Scope.

This Part establishes procedures for the receipt and distribution of gifts to the City in the nature of admission to events and associated parking, transportation, vouchers or other affiliated access or services. In addition, the City has negotiated or entered into certain agreements or other arrangements or there are other situations where the City is generically provided a number of tickets or passes to events as a result of those agreements, arrangements or situations. Furthermore, the City recognizes that there are circumstances when persons or corporations desire City representation at events and presentations. In all such circumstances, the determination of the appropriate representative shall be the decision of the City. (Ord. 2025-612-E , § 1)
