Sec. 113.402. - Acceptance.

All gifts received and designated exclusively to the Executive Branch of the City, in the nature of admission to events, shall be accepted by the Mayor or designee. All gifts received and designated exclusively to the Legislative Branch of the City, in the nature of admission to events, shall be accepted by the Council President or designee. All gifts received and designated to the City of Jacksonville generally shall be accepted by the Mayor or designee on behalf of the City and distributed as stated in this Part. (Ord. 2025-612-E , § 1)
