Sec. 113.403. - Distribution.

All gifts of admissions to events and associated parking, transportation, vouchers or other affiliated access or services accepted by the Mayor or designee on behalf of the City in general shall be distributed equally between the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch. The distribution of all gifts of admissions to events and associated parking, transportation, vouchers or other affiliated access or services designated exclusively to the Executive or Legislative Branch shall be made at the discretion of the Mayor or designee or the Council President or designee, respectively. However, in no event shall gifts of admissions to events received by the City be used for personal consumption by any elected official of the City or the spouse or child(ren) of any elected official of the City. The Mayor and Council President or their designee shall ensure that procedures are in place to document the receipt and distribution of all gifts covered by this Part, in accordance with Section 602.702 , Ordinance Code. The Sports and Entertainment Officer shall provide the Council Secretary/Director with a report on or before the fifth day of every month detailing the total number of tickets, passes, vouchers or other event gifts for each event occurring within the next six months and the number of each ticket, etc. that the Council will receive or has received.
