Sec. 116.401. - Definition.

For purposes of this Part 4, employee means a regular, full-time employee of the City who was employed prior to October 1, 1968, and who falls within one or more of the following categories: (a) Not subject to any collective bargaining representation and agreement. (b) Not subject to the Director of the Employee Services Department' pay plan. (c) Subject only to the Director of the Employee Services Department' pay plan.
