Sec. 116.605. - Supersedure of former sick and terminal leave policy.

On November 29, 1978, this annual leave program shall supersede the sick and terminal leave program previously applicable to employees herein specified. The sick leave accrued by an employee as of November 29, 1978, shall be credited to the employee's retirement leave account in an amount not to exceed 105 days. The employee shall either be paid on the basis of one day's pay for every three days of sick leave accrued in excess of 105 days, or the employee may elect to place the excess sick leave into the employee's annual leave account in the same ratio herein provided for payment.
