Sec. 118.620. - School Board; independent authorities authorized to use program.

(a) The City Council hereby urges and requests the Duval County School Board and the independent authorities of the City to adopt Art in Public Places programs. (b) The Duval County School Board and the independent authorities of the City are hereby authorized to utilize any portion of this subpart to implement an Art in Public Places program.
