Sec. 118.704. - Criteria for judging applications for disabled accessibility grants.

All applications for funding pursuant to this grant program will be evaluated based on the following criteria: (a) The property owner making the renovations maintains a business activity at the same address as the renovations; (b) The property owner has suffered a financial or business loss in the last taxable year; (c) Renovations to remove architectural barriers must meet requirements of State and federal law; and (d) The amount of any grant shall be the lesser of $1,000 or 50 percent of the lowest estimate submitted.
