Sec. 119.103. - Information.

The Mayor or his designee is further authorized to furnish such additional information and take such other action as may be necessary to enable the City to qualify for State Revolving Fund Loans and to implement the State Revolving Fund Loans according to their terms. (Ord. 89-547-234, § 1)
