Sec. 120.505A. - Administration of the GEDC Plan.

The City shall be responsible for the Administration of the GEDC plan. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter, the Board of Trustees for the retirement system shall not manage or administer the GEDC Plan. (Ord. 2017-258-E , § 1)
