Sec. 120.510A. - Compliance with the Internal Revenue Code.

The GEDC plan shall at all times be maintained as a qualified plan in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted under Section 415 of the Internal Revenue Code.
