Sec. 121.203. - Single Member's death benefit.

In the event of the death of a Member who does not have a surviving spouse or children, 100 percent of the Member's contributions to the Plan without interest shall be payable to the estate of the Member to be distributed in accordance with the law of the domicile of the Member at the time of death. Acceptance of the refund of employee contribution constitutes an irrevocable waiver of all rights to benefits from the Plan. (Ord. 97-340-E, § 5; Ord. 2017-259-E , § 1)
